Please send an email AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE to: wsumediaarts@wayne.edu
Include the following information in your email:
Note: This information MUST be in your email, or your request will not be processed. All email requests will be processed within 24 hours of sending.
· Full Name
· Contact information including email and phone number.
· Course and Section for which you need equipment.
· Equipment Check Out DATE and SPECIFIC time.
· Equipment Check In DATE and SPECIFIC time.

· SPECIFIC equipment needed for check out. (Please see the equipment list for a complete list of what equipment you are allowed to check out for your specific course.)

All editing appointments must be made via email AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE to wsumediaarts@wayne.edu and include:
· SPECIFIC DATE and times you would like to come in and edit

· Full Name
· Contact information including email and phone number
· Course and section information.
Note: Editing appointments are scheduled in 3-hour blocks, so if you need more edit time then you need to make an additional appointment.
Note: Missed or Late Appointments can result in suspension of privileges and/or other probationary measures that could affect your final grade.
