Academy Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting Competition

Academy Nicholl fellowships in screenwriting competition is now open. There's up to five $35,000 fellowships awarded annually. Any screenwriters (including students) are eligible to qualify if you have not already earned more than $25,000 writing fictional work for film or television. Fellowship winners are flown out to Hollywood, California in award week ceremonies as well as seminars.
Fellows are expected to complete at least one original feature film screenplay during the fellowship year. The $35,000 is paid out in installments.

• April 18th, $60
• March 2nd, $85
