Important Dates to Remember

As we quickly approach the end of the winter semester, here are a few dates to remember regarding MAER operations.

April 25th- All checked out equipment must be returned on this day
May 3rd- The MAER will be closing at 2pm
May 9th- The MAER will re-open for the spring/summer semester
May 11th- All MAER supplied hard drives will be erased on this day. If you have a hard drive, please make an open edit appointment to remove your files and media.

48-hour advance notice is required for requesting equipment for all production courses.

Equipment Requests are set up as "Pending Approval." You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been approved. Approvals are processed during our regular business hours.
