Sight of Sound Film and Music Festival
Sight of Sound is an annual competition that challenges filmmakers to create short silent films that are set to and inspired by classical music, much like Disney’s Fantasia, yet inclusive of live-action films.
The selected films are screened in concert with the score being performed by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. Select filmmakers are also eligible for monetary prizes and license to use the Dallas Chamber Symphony’s recorded concert audio in their films.
Deadline: May 1st, 2017
Entry Fee: $15 for students, $30 for non students.
You may enter more than one short.
